Flext Allowance
Hi I bought a contract phone the other day and actually received the phone yesterday when it was activated. The contract is on Tmobile Flext 35. However when I ring 150 to find out my allowance it says something stupid like your Flext allowance has £10 something and 5 picture messages - for a start I am supposed to have £180 allowance and have only sent about 15 messages and secondly I didnt think that Flext meant you had to send a certain amount of messages e.g. 5 MMS? If anyone can help that would be great.
Thanks |

Sounds like something is wrong. Your right about the flext allowance being a monetary figure only! Give them a ring and ask.

No, nothing is wrong.
You have joined T-Mobile close to the end of their monthly billing cycle, meaning you will receive a PRO ROTA allowance, something stupid like two days worth then you're month will start again. Everybody on T-Mobile gets 5 FREE inclusive MMS when they sign up - it is not part of your Flext allownace and is completely complimentary. Lee |

Flext 35 is a great deal
if you sign up just now you can get £200 instead of £180 allowance and a free bluetooth headset. I signed up before this offer and I'm getting my Flext 35 (£180 allowance) for just £27.25 a month bargin

t-mobile.co.uk Not quite 50p a minute!
call us on 150 from your mobile or 0845 412 5000 from a landline (charged at local rates). |

Just wondering...
Does anyone know if calls to 0845/0870 (at 10p/min) and 150 (50p/min) are taken out of the Flext £180 credit bundle or are they charged seperately on the bill ?
Also once your £180 credit runs out... does it keep billing you for the calls made or does it stop working (as in the case with PAYG and the old MixIt) ?? Thanks!! -Riad |

If and when your credit runs out it will add any calls to your bill the phone doesn't stop working.

Calls to 150 are only 50p/min if your set up for self serve.
