O2 Sims

Hiya!

I have quite a few O2 Online sims, and every one I put in my phone says Sim Registration Failed or something like that.
Is it possible to ring up O2 and get them reactivated as I want to port my number from Virgin to O2.

I had the same problem, they all ended up in the bin!!
