T-Mobile Upgrades

Does anybody know when you are eligable for an upgrade on T-Mobile? Ive heard it can be up to 6 months before your contract actually ends!

Im currently on an 18 Month contract. I was on the Relax 200 tarrif which was £25 a month. About 5 months ago i switched to the Flext 25 tarrif and they said that this would not extend the contract any further and that it would still end in October.

I currently spend upto about £30 - £35 a month on this priceplan.

Does this affect how long before the contract terminates you can upgrade?

Any info is great!
Thanks

Not sure but i know you can change your priceplan before it ends but I would like to know too as i've just signed up for a T-Mobile 18 month contract but dont fancy keeping the same phone for 18 months i mean i got my N70 about 4 months ago on 3 contract and already i feel it needs replaced.

I was (like you) on the Relax 200 plan and them moved over to Flext walk and web. I rang them regarding an upgrade and was told I would only be elligable one month before end of my contract. (Wasn't pushy about it though so YMMV)

Why? If there's actually a problem with the N70 after four months, that's unacceptable and you should speak to the network about it - but if you're just bored with it, that's your problem and you're perfectly free to buy a different model (either sim-free or PAYG) and put your contract sim in it.

Well its on 3 and the service is terrible so i have downgraded and got a new T-Mobile contract.

They aren't interested in what i have to say really they blame it on the network being busy why i get failed calls and signal drops.
