I like orange. I was with vodafone a long time ago and found them really expensive.

I was with 02 for quite a while, but didn't like their customer service and their prices started to creep up and up. I always seemed to have to wait for ages to get through too.

I've been with orange for nearly 3 years now and overall I really like it, I've found the customer service to be excellent, I can phone with any query and they'll help out or find someone who can. I usually get through really quickly too. My phone packed it once, and I had a replacement out THE SAME DAY. There is only once when I've not been happy, and that was when I phoned and got through to India, trying to change my address details. Took me about 15 minutes and was such an ordeal. Instead of just asking me my name and password like orange normally do, they asked me every detail short of my underwear size. OCCUPATION FFS. I wasn't even aware they had that on file, in fact I'm pretty damned sure they don't. If that ever became the norm I would consider changing. I really wish companies would stick to UK based call centres. My package is excellent though.
500 anybody, anytime mins, 250 texts and free insurance. £25pm.
Coverage is great, no problems with that, and I like their mobile internet too.
