Dual sim adaptor question

Hi
I'm after a dual sim adaptor for my Motorola V3i. Some require you to cut the sim card (which I am frightened of doing), others don't but might not fit under the slim back of the phone. Does anyone have any advice or experience?? Thanx

Well, as long as you cut around the copper coloured metal and just cut the cardboard/plastic area then you should be fine!
There is nothing else inside the sim except directly beneath the metal so as long as you dont cut that then you will be fine

Thanx Salt

Big Sim - I used a dual sim (non cut one) in a D500 and it was fine but tried it in my Motorola and there was not enough space to fit it in.

I tried a Dual SIM Adapater in my Sony S700i due to lack of space the one I was supplied with was like discribed above where you have to cut down the SIMs to fit.

BE VERY CAREFUL AS YOU DO HAVE TO CUT THE METAL CHIP TO GET THEM TO FIT AND IT IS VERY TRICKY TO DO.

I practiced first with a few of the Free PAY AS GO SIMS, that are floating around at the moment, and after several attampts I gave up.

Me recommendataion is dont do it, in the end I brought the smallest, lightest phone I could find on ebay and used this with my second SIM.

I have a twin sim adaptor which requires you cutting the SIM.

I've only ever broke one, and i have cut a lot up to use.

They have to be working SIM's, if you have a SIM which cant connect to a network, it shows Insert SIM, and does not seem to use the working one at all (If you have two in there)
