Have you tried the Motorola website? Or even the mobile phone sub forum of DS?

Is it a Windows Explorer interface?
My Nokia browser works through WE. I have to open the folder where my music is in the left hand frame, and drag it to where I want it to be on my phone. Don't you have an instruction manual? |

I have a Motorola V3, I wish I'd never bought it. I should have taken it back and exchanged it for a different one while I had the chance.

Go into your itunes library and see if u can extract the song u want onto your desktop (im sure u can do thisbut iv never tried it) I have the V3I and i assumed it was pretty straightforward puttin songs onto it. just read the instructions, i aint tired it yet myself, but when i looked at it when i got my phone i understood that it was pretty straight forward

Mine came with a cd with the software on it. Can't use it on my computer tho, because it's a mac and like so much other stuff the manufacturers rather discriminatorally don't make them compatible for both. So I have to use other people's pcs when I want to change ringtones.
