Mine was Monster Mash - Bobby 'Boris' Pickett & the Crypt Kickers.

I was evil, even then.

It was 1985 and I got the cassette album Feargal Sharkey by (surprisingly) Feargal Sharkey.

I can't remember the first vinyl record I bought, but when I got my first CD player, the first CD I bought for it was Oxygene by Jean-Michel Jarre.

Bought for me = Postman Pat

Personally: Decon Blue, but the name escapes me at the moment

"Brown girl with a wide smile" or something

Record I am of: Mr Blobby, Heartbeat single, Crocodile Shoes by Jimmy Nail (didn't buy that)

But those were just a blip: I just imagine that the first record i bought was
"The Day We Caught The Train" by Ocean Colour Scene

bought for me would of been 'we built this city' by starship.

Of course I was saving my pennies for a real musical masterpeice to call my first bought record.

It could only be..

Do the Bart Man, Bart Simpson.
