Hi I have recently joined T-mobile on a pay monthly Flext tarrif and have noticed ever since I joined that about 60%/70% of the time when ringing 150 from my mobile to check my remaining balance the phone call becomes crackly like there is somethin wrong with the speaker in my phone. I initially thought it was the phone but after putting the sim in another phone and trying it I could still hear the same crackly noise - so that ruled out the phone being faulty. I know its not a massive issue but sometimes the crackling noise is that bad that I cant hear my balance very well. Can I just make it clear that the crackling noise is continuous throughout the phone call to 150 not just when listening to my balance.

Basically I was wondering if anyone else has been having this problem so I can determine where the problem may lie?

Just tried it and no crackles for me.

Nope but the balance service seems to give me thr wrong allowance amount when i first joined it said i had £155 and i must have went over the part month thing and got charged a £77 bill for Flext 35 + Web N Walk
