I'm with you on that one ... although to be fair to Lisa she doesn't actually know she is unpopular outside (OK, she probably has an idea, but as they all think they will be the one to go when up for eviction, then you probably can't put too much faith in their ideas!)

To be honest, if I there with no chance of actually winning, then I would want to be out as soon as possible.

I also think that if BB had wanted them to nominate face to face then they should have given them something like a little chalk board to use - so in a weakest link-stylee they could have written down the names first - so they couldn't see how the others had cast their vote, and not have the opportunity to strategically change theirs.

She's definitely psychic as well as paranoid.

Like I said, in there I think it's every man for himself and I'm not sure Lisa looked that far ahead (ie her chances of survival against 5) - I think she just went on instinct.

Remember that she and Glyn had conspired to put Nikki up and this is a way to do it regardless of who might be up up with her (Lisa was expecting to be up).

I think this was a good opportunity for Lisa to try to take Nikki out due to her friendship with Pete.

She really didn't expect Lisa to nominate her. I was watching live feed around 5ish and she said to Lisa, "I thought we were best friends, I would never ever have nominated you".

The very reason Lisa and Glynn were being punished, is for discussing how they could get rid of Nikki. The only person who has actually been punished, is Nikki.

A decent person would have done the obvious thing, and made sure they were all up.

I think Lisa just went off how she felt - she likes Glynn and imogen more and I think has some respect for Lea...but I don't think she can work Nikki out...
Lisa is just a simple person who I think just nominated on instinct.

BB should've just punished them all by putting them all up for eviction....after the other unpunished ones did their nominations. That way we would have had someone else from the other side up as well.

I don't think any of the naughty gang nominated tactically - they just didn't have time (or the brains) to think it through. The only one who perhaps would have played more tactically would have been Glyn - IF he had been the last to nominate.
Lea and Imogen were half way there with their tit for tat noms and then IMHO, Lisa and Nikki were trying to do the same, perhaps forgetting that Glyn had already nominated Nikki or in the belief that every name mentioned would be up for eviction and therefore it would be the 4 of them.

If you've read any thread over the last week or so it's obvious that Lisa isn't much liked. Richard and Lea arn't that far behind in the get him/ her out now stakes so it isn't too difficult to see why the bookies would have her as the fav to go next

Yes I agree with that. And I don't think she is wrong to nominate Nikki. (I don't want Nikki to go but I think it is fair for Lisa to nominate Nikki.)

Like I said before, she was holding on to a slim chance that she might not be up for the vote. Putting Glyn up and Nikki putting her up would have automatically put her (Lisa) up for the vote. BTW, how do we know Nikki wouldn't have saved herself by picking someone else, assuming Lisa hadn't picked her and had picked Glyn instead

In fairness, by saving her own neck from definate eviction you could say she played a blinder. However the flaw in the plan is that the way its been done it looks like Nikki got stitched up, making Lisa even more unpopular with the public. If the others don't nominate her, then yes she's saved her skin. If not, then she's hung herself by ensuring shes out on Friday.
