I got confused......

First it was Lisa, then Lea, then Nikki, then Ash

I don't care about Pete anymore.

i cant stand ash and whilst nikki isnt my fave person shes at least bearable. in fact when she was drunk and flirting with pete i almost liked her ha ha. so def nikki. wont be able to stand pete if anything happens between him and ash.

Pete & Lea is more likely than the other too

Pete on his own. However, of the two, I'd say Ash has more to offer him, not on a romantic/sexual level, but perhaps by way of support and understanding, someone to talk to, which he badly needs. Nikki is far too shallow and self-absorbed to understand Pete or give him what he needs. Cuddles really aren't enough.

I noticed there has been some considerable distance between Nikki and Pete since her little "I don't want you to forget me when you're rich and famous" speech before Friday's eviction announcement. I think something clicked in Pete's thoughts.

Also interesting...when Nikki was sobbing after punishment eviction nomination...Pete didn't rush to comfort Nikki - he had his arm around Ash at the time..and holding her
hand.

Ash and Pete both had a bit of a 'dark side' which could make them bond but I really don't think they fancy each other.

You clearly haven't been watching then, because post eviction they were cuddling and even shared a kiss before bed. The real change came after Lea kept pushing Pete to answer whether or not he fancied Nikki.


I'd agree with that. Aisleyne to me is just very cold, and manipulative.

Petes freindship and misplaced loyalty the poisonous Lea makes my skin crawl and I don't care for Aisleyne, I find her sly. So if he attaches himself to her I'm afraid he would go down in my estimation a little bit more. I also think that it would be best for Pete to refrain from anything
romance wise for the moment, especially whilst Lea is still around.

I like both Nikki and Pete and together they can be sweet and funny but I'm not sure about a romance. I actaully do think that they care a lot about each other but in that house of backstabbers and twisted communications they are confused. God knows though, she needs a friend at the moment so I hope Pete can step up.

I think that Ash only fancies herself.She does not give a dam about Pete its just a last resort as Mikey wouldn't touch her with a barge pole. She notices Nickki getting a bit of attention from Pete ,so goes out any way how with the help of Lea to destroy their friendship. I cannot understand the public support for Ash as she is not funny at all,she is very unattractive ,annoying and a shit stirrer.

I think Pete does like Nicky alot and Nikki likes him as friends.The two ugly sisters do not like it so they have been playing Pete as a Pawn.I do not think Pete realises.

You're missing my point. I'm talking about the last 48 hours or so. In that time, there has been a quiet backlash against Nikki from the HM's but it has happened very recently and has stemmed from various things over the weekend.

Yup, they had a hug after the eviction but this deteriorated since then, prolly when the conversation had sunk in, since then Pete has deffo spent more time with Ash.

That was your point and you were wrong. I agree that there has been a distance between Pete and Nikki in the last 48hrs but Im not sure why.

I hadn't noticed this, Emzi, but I hope you're right. I will watch out for signs that he is on to her little game.

Actually, the more I think about it, no I definately don't want to see Pete and Aisleyne together. Don't get me wrong, he's an adult and all that and can make his own judgements but I fear that although she likes him it's all part of her plan to get everyone onside.

Everyone thought that Grace was a good manipulator but by God, Aisleyne is the queen of it ( and that's a compliment). She wants to win (fair enough) and is eliminating her competition one by one. This week Lisa will probably go and next she's hoping for Nikki. You've almost got to admire her really. Aisleyne knows Pete is popular and she and Richard have subltley tried to influence Pete without much success so far. This will be a perhaps the first real test for Pete, I wonder if what he'll do.

Its all Leas stirring. I think Ash fancies Pete. Pete fancies Nikki but Nikki thinks Pete fancies Ash. Its the thought of Pete with Ash that has knocked Nikki the most. Shes usually so direct she should just ask Pete who do you prefer?

That's the point I'm trying to make Joffjo! I think I do know why, it started just before the eviction when Nikki was worried that Pete would become famous and she would be forgotten about when he did. With all the excitement of eviction night, Grace and water, Lisa kicking off etc, these comment didn't sink in until the next day when Pete may have realised that Nikki inadvertantly told him she was riding on his coat-tails, that the distancing really started.

Other than the "I'm So Cold" episode, nothing bad happened between Pete and Nikki so I presume it's down to her Friday night comments sinking in.

Pete/Nikki for me too. I am not convinced Pete fancies Aisleyne, I think it's just Lea stirring again IMHO of course.

There has been distance between Pete and Nikki recently because nikki thinks that Pete fancies Ash and she knows that Ash is after him.

I don't know that he has but...If Pete really has rejected Nikki as a friend (because unlike say, Lea she has never pushed herself on him in a sexual way) just because of one comment or conversation without explanation then I think that says more about him than anyone else.

Nikki doesn't need to ride on anyones coat- tails, I think she genuinely likes Pete.

But i think he may actually prefer Ash. NIkki and Lea are always clinging to him and asking for hugs 24/7 sometimes i think he gets a bit fed up of it whereas Ash doesnt constantly do that to him.

Ash and Pete..Nikki would be far too high maintainance for Pete......in small doses yes but for her to be whiney like that daily would drive a sane person insane. Ash on otherhand having listened to them talk last night seems to have a calming effect on Pete and he was opening up to her about his Tourettes when he told her he suffered quite a bit from tension caused by the Tourettes.

Does anyone think that Nikki is the one who is controlling things?, it would be convenient for her if she could say Pete fancies Ash, because that would make her free to make a move on the new good looking man they are all expecting to enter the house at any moment. Just a thought.
