This is ambiguous. It could mean that 58% of Americans can only name two British TV channels, or that they think there are only two and that they can name them. Do we know what the original question was?
I have got the impression on another forum that many Americans think British views are dismissable because the BBC is 'so biased' and it's our only news source.
