Has anyone else had problems with accessing interactive 'red button' features and text?

I'm having real problems with accessing both. On both occasions it does nothing. Even though the front panel says I have text I can't get into it? Any ideas?

Also I have problems rewinding/pausing live tv. It pauses it then I press rewind and I have to guess where to rewind to as it doesn't rewind on the picture?

Anyone got any ideas on this? I'm, going to try and reload v0.57 on Wednesday to see if this helps!?

It could be to do with some channel changes to incorporate stuff related to interactive content. If so a retune may do the trick?

I've had this happen occassionally. Never been able to discern why, or any way of avoiding it.

Always had trouble accessing interactive 'red button' features and text on my Thomson DTI 2300 it just locks up .Thought it was my signal until I bought a Philips . It works fine. Is this an ongoing problem with the Thomson?

I think you'll find this is the Panasonic thread, the Thomson has its own thread!

Sorry if it sounded a bit abrupt ..... it wasn't meant to be, hence the I just wasn't sure if you were aware you were on the Panny forum? There's bound to be someone on here who'll have an answer for you but I just thought you'd stand more of a chance if you were on the right thread
