motorola v3, text messaging vanished

hi,
i have a v3 when i put my one2one sim card in the option for text messaging goes, but when i put my new tmobile sim card in, the text messaging option appears!!
in my old phone the sim worked perfectly,
Any ideas please?

Well from what you've said, it doesn't look like the V3 supports older One2One sims.

if u contact tmobile they may send out a brand new unregistered sim,

and then call 150 to activate the new sim to replace your old 121 sim card

altho they may charge for this - i did the same when my old121 payg sim got messed up and for £10 they sent me a new one which allowed me to access the up to date tmobile services, and prob allow newer phones to use its features such as mms sms etc

could be worth a shot if u call up 150
