I rang Homechoice this morning asking why half of my e mails have disappeared;they seemed coy but admitted their system and back up failed last Wednesday and loads of people have rung up complaining.I see from the postings this is not the first time and I want some compensation.
How crass and unprofessional is the lack of an apology ?
Did they think we wouldn't notice ?
I don't know whether this has happened to everyone but my mistake is not setting up an automatic copy of every e mail to another e mail address which I will do now.Their e mail system loooks a bit stoneage anyway.Not impressed.
