18 Month Contract - Changing Phone 1 Mth in?
Ok, I am one month into my new contract and got a Motorola V3x, but having since seen the Samsung E900, I really want that phone.
Is there anyway of changing the phone? I got it from Phones4u, the only way I can think of doing it is if my phone were to develop a fault 3 times, then I can get another one (is this the case?) Is there any other way of getting another phone, rather than the above? |

But don't forget that they fully test the phone and if there is no sign of a fault they can charge you for the engineers looking at it and the delivery etc. Also if you damage it on purpose you're not covered. |

if it is an intermittent fault though they wont be able to tell.
I have just had another idea anyway, I am going to the Czech Republic soon and its cheap across there, so I am going to check the prices while I am out there |

You could by the phone on PAYG and just swap sims. An expensive option but the only one you can take. You signed the contract. You gotta stick to that.

Ino with orange contracts, you can upgrade your phone at any point in your contract , but if your in the the time before the last 3 months of your contract, in your case, if your somewhere between 1 and 15 months, you have to pay, alot

Why don't you ring up a Phones4U shop (don't ring the one you're planning to take it back to as they might remember someone ringing about swapping it) and ask if you're able to swap a contract phone as you're finding it very difficult to use and you're very disappointed. Try it, the worst they can say is 'sorry, no'.
