Hi all.

Does anyone recognize "Premier Telecoms Essentials Ltd" in relation to direct debits for 3?

My boyfriend has had his 3 phone since Jan and always pays in cash over the counter, although he initally had to set up a direct debit but then cancelled it with 3. He has received a letter this week from his bank saying he is being charged for insufficent funds for this direct debit. (although he has no direct debits coming out of his account).

His bank seems to think it has something to do with 3. He won't be able to ring 3 until the morning so I was just wondering if anybody could shed some light on this "Premier Telecoms Essentials Ltd"

Cheers

I have a 3 mobile that I pay for by DD and it always says H3G as the description (Hutchinson 3G).

I have had my bank details compromised in the past by some heathen and strangely enough, it was a transaction payable to a mobile phone company called Airtime Limited.

I would strongly suggest that your boyfriend contacts 3 to ask them about it and if they have no idea, report it to the bank as a fraudulent transaction. When I did this all I had to do was sign a form to declare that I knew nothing of the transaction, the bank refunded the money to my account and then their fraud team took it over to claim the money back from the company that took the transaction.

I hope you manage to sort it

Thanks for your reply.

I'll update when I have more info. I've let my boyfriend know what you've said.
