American Psycho problems

I've got a Multi-region Toshiba SD2109 and have never had any problems playing Region 2 discs. But when I bought American Psycho Region 2 it won't play, it registers the disc ("Title 12, Chap 1, Timer 0:00:00" appear on the display) but it continues to try and load the disc and never gets anywhere else, no picture at all.
I've racked my brains!!! Can anyone help??

Hi,

I have an SD 3109 player and a hired American Psycho disc did not play at all. When I emailed them they said it was the disc that was at fault, tried another copy and that still failed. Unfortunately, my Tosh seems to be going out of date as Simpatico and a couple of others wouldn't play either. So, I've upgraded! A bit drastic I know but it's worked! My advice: get your money back on the disc.
