It has taken awhile but Ims is starting to come out of her shell yes she aint real exciting but she has her funny moments.

I was a little disappointed in her, she wasn't so much sticking up for Ash as trying to get across the point that she isn't thick. She was angry because Nikki and Jayne were talking to her like she was a fool and didn't get what they were saying. She should have stuck up for her friend more

Imogen is smarter than she looks.

She obviously thinks the public might like Ghetto even slightly so she's taking no chances in taking the moral high ground even though she was the first to have a good bitch when Grace was in residence.....

She's fake and plastic but knows what sides her breads buttered/

I think she was fed up with people trying to manipulate her in to liking or disliking people. She spent a lot of time disliking Ais because Grace didn't want her to like her. Now she has got to know her better, she has found that Ais is not as bad as Grace was trying to portray - she certainly is not going to let Nikki and Jayne play that game.

personally thought it was more her (obviously aware that the cameras would focus in on such a conversation) making astatement that she was'nt bitching and making it clear to the viewersthat she was 'pleased' that trashleen had returned.

compare her behaviour towards trashleen when lisa & grace where still there, imogen is the biggest sneak in there, remember her beauty pagent training is all about sucking up to people who'll get you where you want to be and masking your true feelings.

It was the first time all series I liked Imogen. Ok so it was a weak interjection, but she tried.

I think its because she was saying it to Nikki who was putting her in a difficult "Ash or me" scenario.

When Imogen is stressed she stutters more then usual. like Pete every time he is stressed he twiches more. Imogen had speech therapy for a stutter so its bound to come to the fore if shes stressed.

She has all the articulation of a box of rocks, but my take on it was that she was annoyed with Nikki and Jayne slightly more than she was annoyed with the bitching. With regard to the bitching I think Imogen is happy to sit back and take it in, but to have it implied to her that what other people are saying is the truth and she just isn't able to see it for herself is very offensive and patronising.

It was nice to see her standing up for herself, but I don't think it was even slightly altruistic. She was standing up for Imogen, not Aisleyne.

Also...

The stutter stuff is interesting. I'll bow down to the more informed if I'm saying anything out of turn, but I'm not convinced her poor articulation stems from that at all. We've seen her at all levels of temper and whether she's super-relaxed or angry she can't seem to hold a sentence longer than a few words before relenting to a premature "y'know?" rather than actually explaining herself.

I can see how you could look at it like that but I really do feel proud of Imogen for her conduct here. Her response was the absolute last thing both Nikki and Jayne wanted to hear and Imogen knew it. The girl may have character after all..I'll give here the benefit of the doubt. Well done Imogen

I was pleased too. I especially loved the fact that she looked Jayne dead in the face and said she liked Ash and was glad she's back.

Imogen's one of the worst sh*t stirrers and back stabbers in the house, but usually when it's a one to one. She likes to stay on the fence when there's a group.

I still giggle when I think of her saying "I'm such a nice person I am". I think others should be the judge of that.

She can make sentences just fine.

I think she did very well, Im was sat down remember and both NIkki and Payne were standing over her. I think it takes some courage to stick up for yourself with that sort of body language dynamic going on.
