The fact you have the free music etc...use it!! You may as well get something for your money!!

I can't get the free music, tells me I'm outside the US

That is strange! How on earth are you able to watch the feeds? I'm surprised at that!! I always use the free $10 each month! All albums are 6.99 at the moment also!!

Strange

Let us know when the charge has been confirmed.

Thanks
I've been charged £19.15 which when put through a currency converter comes to $35.1615 USD so I guess the tax rate of roughly $5 still applies.

If you go shopping in the US, all the prices you see are pre-tax so it stands to reason that internet purchases follow the same rules.

It's a bit decieving for us Brits who are so used to having VAT already included.

Getting back to the theme of this thread.....

I downloaded the latest 'play7.pl' file via an american proxy. Looking at this file in notepad shows you the links to watch the latest episode.

So, Thursdays eviction/HOH episode can be watched here:

Part 1
Part 2
Part 3

So as long I can find a working proxy, every episode should be watchable this way.

I think it would be possible for non US residents to watch the episodes on the CBS site. A US proxy maybe? Does anyone know of any, or any other methods?

I don't think there's such a thing as a free, fast proxy able to stream 220Mb of data.

The only way I have managed it is to obtain the 'play7.pl' file with FlashGet using a free, anon US proxy; then looking at it in a text editor and taking the direct rstp links.

The end of these links have a authentication key which is what changes and makes the links time limited.

I obtain the link for the 'play7.pl' file by looking at the source code on the CBS Innertube website.

That sounds too complicated for me. I have been watching the episodes on veoh. Im looking for better quality episodes though because I plan on putting them all on dvd eventually.

Oh yeah, I'm still collecting the better quality encodes from up-file or IRC or even torrents if need be.

I'm just trying to help those who can't get into any of that stuff.

Check out http://bbus7.up-file.net/ for straightforward downloads. Make sure you look at the tutorial.
