After watching the new one yesterday featuring a greyhound. I wonder how long those ads will last. After seeing the last ad with Vince Strong being killed off and the funeral. I thought that was it for good. I think those Surf ads have been shown for 4 years now. There must be at least 15 'episodes' of them now

If the Cleaner Close ads haven't been axed - they certainly should be (IMO)

Are these the ads which were made to look like a bad 'soap' episode. If so, I thought they were quite amusing, but I have no idea what they were advertising.

It was marketed as a "soap" of sorts... wasn't the tagline "the soap you can believe in" or something? Also didn't the woman who played Pandora also play a woman who shagged Jason when he was on a building job in Corrie?

No need to be rude about it. You asked a question I gave an answer.

Yes it is. There is a new episode every couple of weeks. Rights now thier on the storyline of Daz living it up in a hot vcountry when everyone else thopught he was dead. And we still dont know who bombed the GARAGE!

I don't see what kind of audience the Cleaner Close ads are reaching out to. I can only see it amusing/persuading chavs under the age of 10, who surely are not going to feel any sort of urge to buy detergent.

I sortta like them in a strange way-although they are Daz not Surf because if im not happy Daz would give me my money back....

I find it very funny that Right Said Fred need the cash to appear and sing in the new one with their whiter than white tight tops.....scary stuff

I'm not sure, but she used to play Linda in Dream Team years ago (she was married to the chairman, played by the bloke who used to be Eddie Royle in EE)

That woman is now in Corrie. I wonder if she would still be in the ads?

I love Cleaner Close, it deserves a place in the British soap awards if you ask me

Then why not write to ITV about it and Vince Strong would have been in line for the best actor.
