Hi

I've been given a DVDR3300 as a leaving present from my work. I don't need it as I have sky+ but was wondering if anyone could answer the following.

My parents have an (oldish) Pace Sky Digibox. If they place a program into the sky planner and set it to autoview and put the sky box into standby will the DVDR3300 (set to 'Sat Record' mode) automatically recognize when the sky box powers up and record the digibox output (via scart)?
