When I was living in my previous address (over 10 years ago), we had Telewest. Part of my telephone features package was short-code dialling. For example I would dial **1 for my parents - it connected instantaneously. Why doesn't BT (we are not served now by Telewest) have this feature as part of their calling package? As a point of interest - does Telewest still have S C D?
