SIPgate, X-Lite and router...
Hi guys! I've set up my router to forward the ports listed on Sipgate's website but X-Lite just sticks on "Connecting" when trying to make a call before giving me a "408" error. I tried using my ADSL modem and it logs me in and makes calls fine. So I know it's a port issue but I don't know what ports I need to forward since the ones on Sipgate's website aren't working. If anyone else is using Sipgate on X-Lite, could you please tell me what ports you have forwarded? (BTW I have a DLink DSL-G604T).
Thanks in advance guys! |

Sipgate, X-Lite
Hi, i have been using this for over 9 months with no problem. no ports set it just works both at home and work. I dont have security access to the router at work so no ports have been set. I installed it in my office privately so i can ring home without being monitored by the powers that be. Having said that, this morning all 3 of my sipgate accounts are down ( 2 on ata's and 1 on X-lite ) and wont login or make/recieve calls.
