Unfortunately,
0800Reverse allows users to dial a freephone number to access their 'service' (they make money by the receiver being charged £3.48 when they accept the call [plus 50p per minute thereafter]).
As could be expected, the freephone access attracts idiots, drunks and juveniles.

THIS MSE THREAD for details a very simple method of barring your number from receiving 0800Reverse calls.
It will not bar access to the old-fashioned BT version (via the operator) but they're not usually problematical (although a minimum call charge of £4.50 appplies).
