i recently attended a job interview with a company that has a contract for sending reps out to ex customers of sky and making all sorts of offers ie free reinstall place it where you want if that was the prob, several months free etc. i asked what the churn rate was and i was informed that it was at a figure that has sky worried (or why take on this subcontractor?) and was given high 40's as a percentage so make of that what you will
