Have been using talktalk since may, not had a problem with the broadband or the telephone service, my bt phone bill on average was £110 over the billing period, my latest talktalk bill was £24 which if times over the bt billing period works out rather well. Though to be honest, I am not a high phone user and dont have any extras on the phone like c/d, voicemail etc or their internet security stuff as you can get all that free off the net at the moment, avast, zone alarm etc , and just use the net to surf and buy online, dont download anything. Very happy with the service so far. However every company has its good and bad points, so lots of research is the key, and taylor a package that suits your lifestyle. And if I have any problems I will get some addresses and send some nicely worded letters, its amazing what results you get from letters sent recorded/special delivery to the chairman/managers. I used to work in mobile phone call centre, all they do is type a few notes on your accounts and go home for their tea.
