Seen several threads regarding Sony DVD Recorders and the fact (assertion) that some are not genuine Sony products but made by other manufacturers and simply "badged".
Can anyone confirm this and provide a definitive list of "genuine" Sony DVD recorders?
I was looking at a GX-210 but I gather that this is a "badged" LG and doesn't have a terribly good track record as regards reliability.
