02/Vodafone 'Sim Only' Contract
Hi,
If i were to get one of these contracts and use it for a month, then say to customer services that i want to cancel after one month, would the offer me a phone with the existing amount of minutes? I cant seem to find anywhere that gives 1000 texts for a reasonable price a month! All networks seem to focus more on minutes than texts. While i still want a reasonable amount of minutes a month, i still want an awful lot of texts! Vodafone and 02 offer very good deals on Sim Only contracts. I just wondered if there was any chance on getting a phone with it a month later too! Thanks |

Hi,
I work for Vodafone and can offer some assistance. I've spoken to our upgrades team and they told me that if you have a SIM only (30 Day contract) plan, you can upgrade after this 30 day period to have a new phone. If you do this however, you won’t be able to stay on the same price plan and you'd need to go onto a 12 or 18 month price plan. For more information, it would be possible to view Vodafone's online store http://shop.vodafone.co.uk/ |

i think he already knows he can take a phone after 30 days.
my advice would be go for o2's online 500 texter plan, 750 mins and 750 sms for £35 a month, 18 month contract, i dint know any1 who offers as good a deal as that. |
