I can't imagine Nikki being eligible to win- just imagine the flak BB would get from those who paid to vote her out

It's not possible. Once a HM leaves BB house, the HM is no longer qualified to be in running for the prize money.

Win what?

Slimmer of the year.

Well she's not 4th anymore. She's 50/1. You could get 'any other' for 42/1.
So at the moment there is more chance of me winning than Nikki!

Farcical. If this is true, then Big Brother will have lost its entire point.

They've already given the girl a TV contract, they can't collude to make her win the prize as well. She came 12th, should be end of.

Those poor Aisleyne fans who thought they'd won the war....

Davina uttered the words "Big Brother can change the rules at anytime" last week, and almost winked to the camera as she said it.

Nikki coming back, great.. Nikki winning? Is that allowed? Surely that's not fair, as much as I love the girl she's had her chance. Would like to see her back but not win when people have spent money voting her out.

Well it is no wonder the voting is down this year - what is the point of paying money to vote a HM out when BB put them right back in? Totally unfair.

Endemol will not be getting another penny off me - and I know others who feel the same. Viewing figures will drop even more.

They simply cannot allow any other housemate thats been evicted by us voting, and they're allowed to win.

BB cannot change the rules at anytime, regarding this.

New housemates IF they return I suspect will be unlikely allowed to win the prize.

big brother can change the rules when ever they want. Thats the most important rule.

I've never officially complained about anything before in my life, but if Nikki goes back in I will be complaining my heart out until I get my money back! It's nothing short of theft.

ex-HMs would not be allowed to win, because at least they would mess with the final night schedule, and their interviews are already done

Where money is concerned, BB is not allowed to return a former HM as a potential BB winner. The only way BB can make that happen is to get the public agreement, via voting, to put an evictee back in.

In any case, it seems that BB is definitely going with the public voting to put a former HM - out of nine evictees - back into the main house, via the new house.

That is simply not true.

She has been evicted by the public.

The public wanted her out.

Nikki fans voting her back in would be no better than cheating.

possibly, but she acutally only recieved 37%, it could be that 51% of the remaining voters actually like Nikki... Just because she had the largest proportion of people who disliked her, doesn't mean to say that she doesn't have a majority who want her back!

Although having said that, I absolutely believe that if people do return to the house tomorrow they will not be eligible to win the show. And this is an absolutely obvious conclusion!
