Well this house hold for one will not be watching, I feel I have been robbed, as I have spent good money getting rid of those people, How does this make sense in the last 2 weeks, I am demanding my money back, nowhere did it state that if I evicted someone there was a chance they could be coming back, my son is a Solicitor and he said he has read their terms and nowhere does it state that if I evicted someone they could be brought back in, my son said I have a good case against them and I will be contacting them in the morning. This whole thing stinks.

Strange that a lot of people want Grace back in, but so desperately wanted her out...she got like 88% of the vote...I understand the Nikki think because she has a lot of fans, but am suprised by people wanting Grace in.

Anyway it would be a bad move for endemol to involve him any further in BB! I doubt he'll even be at the final eviction. The rules say not to discuss it though so i'll say no more.
I think the only thing that would make it entertaining and dramatic would be if the returning housemates were allowed to win. If they're voted back in again, I don't see why they shouldn't really. This would annoy the hell out of the ones already there.
The bad thing about this twist is that the ex-housemates are going to have very modified behavior. I mean I can see Grace trying to be nice and caring as damage reduction, and Nikki playing up to the tantrums somewhat.

That is a bit better, but not much. Not a single one of the former HM's (bar Jonathan) is in any way going to be good to watch. The thought of mental cases like lea back in there wrecking the last 2 weeks is not cool.

If Nikki or Grace comes back into the house, then I refuse to watch BB any more this series. I spent £5 to get Nikki out, so if BB lets her back in then they must think that we (the public) are utter fools. And I would NEVER vote again

I think it's a case of realising that this show needs to be shaken up.... I really really hated Grace..... we still got to enjoy seeing her being booted out, but that's all water under the bridge now, we just need someone who has the balls to shake up this sleeping house.

I mean come on, if the show producers are getting so desperate to keep their baby in the tabloid headlines that they need to pull stunts like this then it is indicative of them having little confidence in the quality of their own show and that it's on its last legs.
I just get the feeling that getting headlines in the Sun and Star is the sole reason for stunts like this.

Maybe I'm just naive, but Big Brother is centred around the interactions of a group of people shut off from the outside world who gradually get evicted week by week by the public. Shoving a few evicted HMs back in just to get a few tabloids interested is bollocks.

Could be a good thing for the people who can't stand Nikki and voted her out, perhaps her fans will finally realise how contrived and put on all her actions were and join the rest of us in being totally 'over' it.
i only voted twice this series and one was for sezer(he not going in 
) and the other was for grace but i am happy she is going in, she will stir alot

As they will NOT be eligible to win the prize money, you have no case to demand a refund.
You did not alone evict someone, your vote/s went towards the eviction of a housemate.
This is not a precendant, Jon Tickle was brought back in in series 4 & was NOT eligible to win as he had been evicted by the public.

But the thing is, this year it has not been very exciting because everybody knows who is going to win.
BB is just using the ex-housemates to generate more income (to vote for who you want to send back).

It's probably going to be a similar case to how freshly-evicted Lisa ended up in a surprise second place behind Tickle in BB4's "Vote an ex-hm back in" procedure. Funny how I still remember that and yet no clue about the rest of that night's voting results.
