The vote to evict someone only applies to that particular voting period, which is from when it's announced, to eviction on Friday.

All other phone votes are individual, so there's no hidden agenda here - people (well actually ONLY 37% of voters) voted Nikki out on 1 occasion, and in a SEPERATE poll tonight, she may go back in.

It's perfectly clear to me, why do some people have this bee in their bonnet about voting fixes, conspiracy theories, etc?

All phone votes are conducted under Ofcom guidelines - do you seriously think they'd be stupid not to?

Jeez !!

Ofcom are rather spineless at times like this.

Surely we should be demanding that the United Nations Security Council go into emergency session in order to produce an appropriate resolution condemning Endemol.

Then there's His Holiness the Pope ...

Nikki was voted out by 37% of the votes when ALL 11 HM's were up, so it's actually a HIGH percentage of votes. it meant on average the other HM's only received approx 6% EACH.

Excuse me but my post has nothing to do with the ex-housemate going back in....

I didn't even know about that when I posted my post

BTW I am the OP here

My point is that BB have told us 1/2 way through that they are evicting 2 people tonight and that we have been phoning to evict 1 person and if it was known that we were eviting 2 people then our (the public) voting could have been different with different tactics as to who we would vote out to make sure our favourite HM wins.

I agree. It sounds like BB decided to evict 2 people at the last minute - something like "oh, there are 4 people up this week, let's take the opportunity to get rid of 2".

MY other problem with vote someone back in to the house (whether they are allowed to win or not), is that they have so much more information about the outside world and it was such a farce with the likes of Jayne that couldn't keep her mouth shut, that I seriously doubt any other f**ker could either - they'd revel in it, especially some like Grace or Nikki.

If they wanted to 'spice' the house up abit, why didn't they put Jonathan back in when many of the public asked them too?

You dont watch BB anymore so therefore there is no point in you posting in this forum.

I don't think there is anything for Ofcom to investigate, so suggest that you don't waste your time or theirs by complaining at this stage.

However, is it more than a rumour that Nikki is going back in??? I so hope that doesn't happen. I didn't want her to leave when she did, but her time is over, and I don't want her back in!

What's all this about? Everytime you see a post by this person, you respond in exactly the same way. Why?

I call that spam.

Isnt that the case of anyone entering the House at any time after the start? I cant remember this "information about the outside world" being of much use to any of the late entrants in the past why should this time be any different?

I've been looking at the terms of voting on the C4 site and under clause 6 it says " Channel 4 may suspend, withdraw or re-set voting at its sole discretion" so it looks like they can mess around with the voting.

Even now, they still haven't said how the 2nd evictee will be chosen. I think we just have to assume it is by normal public vote. If it were to be by a twist we would have had to be told, as people have been voting re 2 evictees since we were told it was a double.

I have asked him/her to pm me to sort out the issue but had the same response.

I don't give a toss who they will throw back into the house to try and entertain us sad dullards (although a vote, which will see Nikki back in by a landslide and make Endemol even more money is the scam in question here).

What I object to is the secrecy in the fact of the "double eviction". It does smack of duplicity and manipulation. If the general public had known all along that two were being evicted, I think the voting patterns would have been vastly different, with people taking the chance to get rid of the increasingly grumpy Mikey (why the long face?) and Dimogen. We will now witness the expected Mikey landslide and marginalisation of the remainder of the vote, with Susie being the likely victim.

Report it to the mods?

It's irritating me, so it must be really annoying to you!

Also, it has got to be against the T&C... If you don't report it, I will!

I was just watching last nights Big Brother daily recap show and afterwards they said "To evict a housemate call..."

So we might all have it wrong. We are still only calling to evict 1 HM.

They shouldn't be allowed to nominate neither.

Dermot and Russell's shows have indictated that both evictions are by the current vote, after 48 hours in which Susie fans were voting for Mikey and Mikey fans voting for Susie, unaware that they will NOT be saving their favourite by doing this if BBLB/BBBM are factually correct.

The main C4 show and the Official webiste make no mention of any 2nd eviction.

At best BB are gulity of spreading confusion about what people are spending their money on.

because they (BB) themselves don't know yet. They will decide when they know officially the person who would be evicted by the public vote tonight. In other words, they will manipulate the twist to suit their agenda.
