We have spent good money voting various housemates off our screens. Their turn is OVER.

This is the interesting part of the show, when we see previous allies having to nominate their friends in order to survive themselves or for tactical reasons. It's what BB is all about.

What is the point of diluting this with a separate floorshow in the house next door? They weren't funny on BBLB - they weren't the HMs we wanted to keep - so why should we waste half our live feed time watching them again?

They did the same thing over 3 years ago. Why is it suddenly so surprising that ex-housemates will come back?

It's never a guarantee they will go forever when they leave, as BB4 showed.

I am boycotting BB for the rest of the series, it stinks!

Centrino - it wasn't a success when Tickle came back.

And there's a difference between dropping a single HM into the mix and setting up a separate house next door when we want to watch the mix of HMs that we have paid to observe.

I must say it's pretty lame and makes you wonder why we bother going through an eviction process at all - OK, apart from the money.

Ex-HMs should remain that way. Ex.

But look at thread after thread on this forum and others saying that the voting public keep getting it wrong by voting out the "big characters".

To all those posters BB are merely giving you what you were whinging about.

I think the viewers are idiots - they voted out all the big characters.

But the voting public isn't getting it wrong. Maybe the voting public wants to see people forming alliances and friendships, and working out schemes and machinations to get rid of their rivals, interacting within the enclosed space.

The voting public have made it perfectly clear that they don't want to see pantomime-type caricatures on the screen - unbalanced, uncontrolled, possibly mentally disturbed. HMs like that are the equivalent of the nightmare booing eviction crowd, which most of us wouldn't want to join.

So why all the complaints that all the good characters have gone?

On this forum, perhaps. I don't visit here often.

They had that with Grace

So some of the old HMs are going in - big deal. It's happened before and it'll happen again.
Grace may be going in but I'm confident Dickie could send her packing again. It's not worth getting a gastric ulcer for.
Is it me or are the vast majority of these disgruntled FMs actually Aisleyne fans who are worried Thikki will get in and oust Trash?

A lot of us don't think "big characters" have gone, just tedious and unpleasant ones.

The only person who I wish hadn't gone is Lisa and that week I wanted Imogen out.

The viewers definitely are idiots, at least the voting ones. "I HATE ______" good! you've come all this way here to moan about it that's a good thing. It's also keeping the ratings up (which is probably representative of how entertaining it is at the time) I mean compare the episodes earlier on with Grace, Nikki and even Lea to what we watch now. I shudder at the thought of the next two weeks without the return of a big character.

To me this is Endemol sticking two fingers up at the GBP and saying if you vote out the interesting characters we’re just gonna put them back in again. Although Nikki fans will be rejoicing, and I don’t think they should be, a lot of people will be well pissed at spending money to vote these people out only to see them back again. Remember it was Endemol’s badly thought out twists which put a lot of these HM’s up for eviction anyway. Now it seems they’re desperately trying to fix it with yet another twist. IMO they have really f***ed up this year.

Well no the 1 to 2 million that left may return but the 3 or 4 million still watching may turn off!

Nikki didn't oust Aisleyne before and she won't if she goes back in!

Nikki is one of those type of girls that can only talk about someone behind their backs. Nikki doesn't have the bottle to go face-to-face with anyone, including Aisleyne!

Nikki will be one he biggest fakers if she goes back into the house. Just remember how she acted when it was revealed when Jayne was talking about Aisleyne - Nikki denied anything 'horrible' was said.... I doubt she will show her true feelings about anyone face-to-face.

but it will be like stale cornflakes - the edge has gone and they cant win , so why rehash ! the show and viewers have moved on and it never works no matter how you do it . this is a desperate measure . last night , i sat through one of the worst highlight shows i have ever seen .
BB needs to be shorter and the tasks need to be better , like the excellent prison task - the university task made ghastly viewing , like wading through porridge .

If 'characters' are voted off then surely that is the fault of the BB editing.
We all know that they choose what to show and in the case of some hm's are blatently biased for or against them (Anti Mikey now, pro-Pete all the way through, Pro-Nikki which didn't work out as she was entertaining but bloody annoying)
If they don't want the good people out early then stop being so heavy handed with the editing and also stop arsing about with the nominations procedures.

I gave up voting years ago because of the mess they kep making of things.

I don'y deny it. Nikki was pretty horrid. But she somehow has an enormous fanbase, and people will pay to get her back in. No point getting in a tizz I'm afraid - it's gonna happen.
