My Vodafone contract expires on Sept 13 and have given more than the 30 days required notice to end on that date. I have also asked for a PAC.
They are now saying they have issued the PAC valid for 30 days which must be used by 4 Sep and when I use it, it will cancel my contract on the day of Porting and therefore my Contract will end on that date. So by default it will be an early termination and they will charge a fee as well as my rental to the end date which I will have paid anyway.
Of course, I have complained but...
It would seem the only way to end a contract on the end of contract date is to delay it a couple of weeks and ask for a PAC about 2 weeks before and use it after the original contract end date.
I have been with Vodafone over 10 years!
Hope that makes sense!!
Cheers & beware
