I need to make a complaint which this time might not go through deaf ears Tried phoning.....contacting through the website but complaints are going unnoticed and I believe infact I know it's a BT Mistake (trying to charge me £90 on a bt click and buy account which I can't even use) I do feel if this doesn't get resolved soon they will cut my line (and that might have a knock on affect for my broadband even if they don't supply it)

That's done the trick Sent the same mail I've sent already but adjusted the verwaayen bit. Touch wood now that should sort out my problem

EDIT: Now I know that was correct as I got a reply and it will be looked into. RESULT! I was apologetic to ben as I might have sounded that I was attacking him personally (which wasn't the case)

Apologies for that.

P.S. I've been back to the linked (MSE) post and corrected that too.
