I need to make a complaint which this time might not go through deaf ears
Tried phoning.....contacting through the website but complaints are going unnoticed and I believe infact I know it's a BT Mistake (trying to charge me £90 on a bt click and buy account which I can't even use) I do feel if this doesn't get resolved soon they will cut my line (and that might have a knock on affect for my broadband even if they don't supply it)
