Vodafone Topup Line 2345
Hey Guys,
Just wondering if anyone else is having problems getting through to 2345 or 191? Keeps saying Network busy... Wanted to know if its a local problem I should report or if its nationwide? Cheers! Last edited by crowfield99 : 06-08-2006 at 22:27. |

I noticed the other day I couldn't use *#1345# and it lasted a few days, it has only just started working again for me, prehaps it's related.

Yeah, things are still a bit iffy atm. But its started to work at times and others its not. Onwards and upwards...

Hi crowfield99,
I work for Vodafone and we have had reports about customers not being able to access their balance through 2345 or *#1345# recently. This fault is under investigation with reference number 525453964. Unfortunately, I have no time scale as to when this will be fully operational but I can offer an assurance that we’re treating the investigation as urgent. If you’re unsure about the available credit left on your phone, or if you’d like to top up, a quick call to 191 will allow you to talk to someone who can help you to do this. |
