Orange Network down?
Hi
Anyone else got this problem. Orange phone says 'no access to network' and any Orange numbers I call from my BT landline simply give the unobtainable tone? Last edited by OllieOnline : 08-08-2006 at 18:05. |

Exactly same problem here, Warrington/Manchester. Must be something significant for 07973100...... numbers to be down too.

Working fine in Mid Cornwall. I cannot check my PAYG balance, but I can dial out to a landline and to a o2 mobile without problem.
450 doesn't work and neither does GPRS. EDIT: dialling in to my mobile (from a BT landline) results in some clicking and NU tone. Last edited by moox : 08-08-2006 at 18:29. |

My Dad can call out - but we cant call him (we get a network failed message) Try calling your orange mobile with a different phone!

I love digitalspy - never realised there was a mobile forum until now. Both our orange phones are down - we're in Bromsgrove. Is it a regional outage?
Ringing from a landline I get like a continuos tone. At first I thought they'd cut me off. Oh well at least I won't be bugged by work this evening! Cust services is either always engaged or number unobtainable! Ooops - poor orange customer services people Thanks guys. Last edited by Tonester : 08-08-2006 at 18:41. |

Why don't they put a notice on the orange website? That was the first place I went to for information once landline calling failed.

Hmm. It is all back to normal for me.
I can call in, check balance, call 450, and use GPRS. |
