I am going to the Robbie gig in Glasgow on 1st Sep and have not yet received my tickets.

I was wondering whether anyone else had received theirs or not?

I got mine through the Inner Sanctum - should be getting the VIP ones but we'll see just what that means I guess.

I got tickets through the Inner Sanctum for his gig in Dublin in June and they didn't arrive until 3 weeks before the concert by registered post.

The gig was absolutely fantastic! I'm so jealous of everyone who has tickets to see him!

I have been through all the normal channels and FAQs and all of them say 4 weeks prior to event.

I am not too worried (ok - yes I am!) because I have confirmation of my order. However, I would like the tickets here with me now.

There must be other forum members still waiting for their tickets - tell me I am not alone here!!

Maybe try phoning Hampden and see if they have any numbers you could phone to find out? I'll dig out my letter that came with the tickets when I got them and see if they've included any contact numbers. Won't be home til later on tonight but I'll let you know if I find anything

Got an official email today...there is a delay (no! really?!) We should be getting our tickets through between 18th and 28th August. If the tickets have not arrived by the 30th there is a number to call.

I will be flying up to Scotland on the 30th so I bloomin hope they are through by then.

I think they are doing it on purpose to put off a lot of eBay sales.

Sorry for taking so long to post again after I said I would! Glad you heard from them, at least you know you are in the system and definitely have tickets - you lucky thing!!! I searched everywhere for that letter and eventually found it, but no contact number on it.

I got mine off ebay, but i'm yet to recieve the tickets, fingers crossed

I'm going 9th September, i got an email today saying that we should received them 22 August - 5 September or something, shouldn't be too long now, will let you know when i get them

I am curious though...when I looked on eBay to see just how much the rip off merchants were selling their tickets for I noticed that a lot of them already knew their seating allocation.

Do you think this means they have had an email telling them or are they making it up? They all say they have not received their tickets yet.

We have ours for Milton Keynes on the 14th, they came last week. Got them from Stargreen.

I think they are dispatching standing and standard seating tickets before VIP Inner Sanctum ones. I have been assured - by a real person on the other end of a telephone - that mine will be dispatched by close of play tomorrow.

Im going to Milton Keynes on the 14th of Sept, still havent recieved my tickets yet! I bought mine through the Inner Sanctum.

I'm going to MK on 15 September (bought mine through Inner Sanctum too) - received this email on Friday 11 August:

"Dear Customer,

We know that you are eagerly awaiting the arrival of your tickets for the Robbie Williams Concerts in Milton Keynes on 14th, 15th, 16th, 18th and 19th of September and we do apologise for the slight delay in dispatch.

Please rest assured that tickets will be dispatched to the address above between 24th August and 9th September.
You will receive an email confirming the dispatch of your order. This email will also contain details of the tracking number and how to trace your package.

If you have still not received your tickets by Monday 11th September and have used the tracking methods contained within your email then please contact our support centre by email on customercare@rwtickets.com.

i had the same email ref the miton keynes gig, i wish they would send them earlier though as i cant relax until i have received them as i am worried they will get lost in the post

I have just - and I mean just (22:38)- received my confirmation email that my tickets have been dispatched. They will be here tomorrow!

I can see where you are coming from anna - I have not been able to relax for the past week! Don't worry - I'm sure they'll arrive in time.

8 days and counting...

I ordered mine through the inner sanctum months ago, and still they've not arrived. Was told all along it would be 4 weeks before the gig.

The gig is on the 8th Sept in Leeds and they're still not here....!

I've called them several times and on seperate occasions I've had different answers as to when they'll post them.

One person said Tuesday this week, another one said Thursday this week (today), so called them today to check and now I'm told "sometime after the bank holiday".

My issue is, I've sold mine to someone as I am actually on holiday from 1st Sept for 2 weeks (gutted but didn't know when I ordered the tickets).

So I NEED them to arrive before next Friday so I can post them to the new owners.

What a shower of s##t the Ticket people are, and the Customer Service aren't much use either.
