So - they are still not here.

I did, however, get a tracking number in the email they sent me and have just gone onto the Royal Mail website to trace them.

They are on the way - will be here by 9 tomorrow morning.

That is exactly 1 week before the concert. Talk about last minute! We were originally told 4 weeks. Not happy - much distress.

I think they are doing this to prevent people from selling them on.

Got one set of my tickets for the friday today.I haven't had my Saturday ones yet though.

Not long now.

I received my tickets yesterday.

Bit concerned about the seat allocation though. We have block I6 row J. They was s'posed to be the "best" seats in the house and it looks like they're miles away from the stage. Looks like we'll have 10,000 people standing between us and Robbie.

Oh well - it will be a fab night no matter what. And I'll be able to go to the loo without losing my place. (I went to Knebworth and didn't pee ALL day!!)

I havent recieved mine yet and i'm getting worried that i've been a victim of ebay rip off merchants

If you are worried about not being able to post your tickets on to your e-bayer. You can contact them and ask them to change the postal address.

Although they say that they can't guarantee a delivery address change even after you've given it to them

I don't think anyone that ordered through Inner Sanctum has got tickets for MK yet - so you may find that you'll be very last minute if you got them on eBay. There is a chance your seller won't even get them till the week before.

(The e-mail from them suggested they don't even want people chasing the tickets until 5 days before the gig either)

This is getting silly now, i go to Leeds a week on Saturday leaving from Cornwall week on Friday, still no sign of any tickets at all, am away all weekend too! This is ridiculous, and to think, us Inner scantum people paid a membership to get the tickets early etc, i won't be paying again when it comes up for renewal, hassel ordering the tickets and more hassel waiting to receive them!

im also going week on saturday and just rang about tickets and they said if i dont receive them by next tuesday, give them a ring and they will make tickets available on gate....
so much for saying we would get tickets 4 weeks before event

Don't panic...I am going to the Glasgow gig tomorrow and I was worried my tickets wouldn't turn up but they did. I got them exactly one week before.

They WILL turn up, I'm sure.

I'm going to Milton Keynes on 14th. I live in Edinburgh but will be going to Brighton on 7th, I hope the tickets arrive before I leave, I'm starting to stress out.

Who has tickets for the 14th then?

ive booked tickets for the 14th but not received them as yet

I called the help line and i've been advised that they should arrive by the 9th. If not, I've to call them again and they will forward my enquiries to head office where I can arrange to pick my tickets on the day of the gig.

I bet they arrive tomorrow!

m8 i rang 0870 042 7441, but had email from them tonight saying the following:
Dear Customer,
We know that you are eagerly awaiting the arrival of your tickets for the
Robbie Williams Concerts in Leeds on 8th and 9th of September and we do
apologise for the slight delay in dispatch.

Please rest assured that tickets will be dispatched to the address above
between 22nd August and 4th September.

You will receive an email confirming the dispatch of your order. This email
will also contain details of the tracking number and how to trace your package.

If you have still not received your tickets by Wednesday 6th September and have
used the tracking methods contained within your email then please contact our
support centre by email on customercare@rwtickets.com.

i got a similar one for milton keynes which states:

Dear Customer,

Hi all,

Totally feeling your pain over missing tix.... Im going on the 9th and had 2 emails so far to say will be despatched by the 4th.... having sleepless nights of panic!

Problem is Ive got 2 coming for me and 2 for my boss..... if they dont turn up i will be in trouble!

Anyone else had theirs for the 9th or can put mind at rest??

Please dont say pick up on gate cos i dont think my nerves could take it!!

Police have issued a warning to music fans after more than 500 tickets for Robbie Williams concerts were stolen. The tickets went missing in the post while being sent to fans and may have since been sold on by touts, police said. They have warned that anyone turning up to this weekend's Hampden Park shows in Glasgow with the stolen tickets will be turned away. More than 110,000 fans of the former Take That star will watch him perform at the national stadium on two nights this weekend. Promoters DF Concerts said 560 tickets destined for buyers in the Falkirk and Dunfermline areas have gone missing. The passes have now been cancelled and anyone attempting to use them on either night face police questioning over how they got them. Chief Superintendent Robin Howe, who is in charge of policing the concerts on both nights, said: "Strathclyde Police has been informed by the promoters that a quantity of tickets are believed to have been stolen and it is likely that they have now been sold on to unsuspecting fans who will be hugely disappointed as these tickets have been withdrawn by the promoters and are no longer valid. "It is believed that about 380 tickets for the Friday night concert and about 180 for the Saturday night, all originally destined for buyers in the Falkirk and Dunfermline areas, may have been stolen. All tickets are for the seated areas in the stands." He added: "There will be a special police operation at the turnstiles and anyone in possession of them will be subject to a police enquiry as to how they obtained them." A spokeswoman for DF Concerts said: "These concerts are sold out and any music fans who have taken a risk here will be disappointed."

Yay! Finally got my tickets for Leeds on the 8th. Can't beleive i got them with only 6 days to go. Never mind though i can start to relax now. Hope everyone else gets theirs soon

I too have had 2 emails saying exactly the same thing about them coming by the 4th but have had no email (it's my work mail though so fingers crossed it'll be there tomorrow)

Total shambles that's all I can say.

Just kinda feel better that other people are in the same boat. I don't have a problem picking mine up at the gate but looks like it's gonna be one hell of a queue with all this farse.

Someone I know has had her tickets 5 weeks so what the hell has happened!!!
