i assume they did not get them from inner sanctum then, as for some reason people who ordered from other agencies (ie gigs and tours.com etc) have received them well before inner sanctum orders

hopefully my Milton Keynes tickets arrive next week (fingers crossed)

Has anyone got their tickets for Saturday yet? I rang on Thursday and said to give it to today and if they've not been received to ring them, i've been trying and it's constantly engaged, i've not even received the email giving me the tracking number - so i'm guessing they haven't even been sent yet?

Anyone else?

I live at Roundhay Park where Robbie Williams gig is going to be on the 8th and 9th. There are already 20-odd huge trucks lining the roads round here and it's only Monday, it's going to be a bloody nightmare. Why couldn't they have had it at Temple Newsam?

I've finally got thru to them and they've now told me to wait until Wednesday!!! Can't believe this, i have never had to wait till this close to the concert to get my tickets. I definitly won't be renewing my IS membership, i would have got them quicker by going somewhere else! Wednesday? tooo close to the concert in my opinion, if they don't come then they'll arrange to have them sent to box office.

Would you drive all the way from Cornwall to Leeds because they 'say' the tickets will be there, when they have already told me that they were going to be sent out over the weekend? Doesn't give me much confidence at all.

Someone where I work told me this morning her sister hasn't got hers yet for Friday at Leeds. She rang RW customer care to be told they never intended to send them out early to stop ebayers.

So, obviously those of us who were willing to fork out £25 to join IS were more likely to put them on ebay than those who bought them elsewhere eh??

Yeah right, we're bound to fork out £25 to make an extra £5 on our tickets.... whatever.

They told her that her tickets would be with her Wednesday for the Friday gig so presumably the Sat tickets will come Thursday.....

I think most of us read the IS details incorrectly - they did not say you'd *get* them early, they said you could *buy* them early to avoid disapointment.

All IS members got was a week to buy the tickets before they went on general sale.

received e-mail on Friday, tickets arrived this morning by
'Special delivery' mine where for Gold Circle, so they may have sorted those out first.
I have two numbers for the help line, let me know if you need the other one to contact them.
See you all Saturday....

I guess Gold Circle tickets are for those people that got in early on IS and booked the VIP seats at Wembley ? (opposed to "South Stand General Admission" which most people got)

I really don't know what all this fuss is about. As long as you have your tickets in time for the concerts then does it really matter when they arrive?? The fact that they are being dispatched so late is obviously going to help combat the problem of tix being resold on ebay which can only be a good thing. I personally think it is really good that they are sending them out so late unlike other gigs where you get your tickets months in advance.

Besides, there's nothing you can do about it so this fuss seems entirely pointless. My tickets arrived in perfect timing for the Friday night show.

there are several people that these delays have caused a lot of problems for, as for instance there is one person i know of that does not live on mainland uk, (she lives in jersey) and at this rate the tickets are going to arrive at her home address after the flights to the mainland uk! and they said they could not guarentee being able to send them to an alternative address.

also why is it that inner sanctum have delayed in sending these tickets out, but people who have booked through other agents (ie gigs and tours) have already received them

whilst i accept the point about making it a problem for ebay touts, the situation has already happened - ie the touts have already bought the tickets and in many cases sold them on, and if ticket agencies want to clamp down on touts, instead of causing problems for genuine purchasers, why cant they find ways to reduce the number of ticketsbeing bought in the first place by touts (ie for example kylie ticket company managed to find out numbers of certain tickets being sold on ebay, and had those tickets for next year cancelled! and then were re-sold to genuine fans)

I too saw the Robster on Friday night in Glasgow!

I, however, was not best pleased with my seats. We had a bloody great lighting/speaker tower right in our line of sight.

What seats did you have Piggy? Mine were I6 row J127 & 128

These were supposed to be VIP tickets - the best seats in the house.

I will be writing to DF Promotions - and sending photos. I don't know what good it will do though.

On top of all that - we had to walk back into the centre of Glasgow as the queue for the train was ridiculously long. My poor aching feet.

I don't want to give anything away to the folks about to go and see him - I am just itching to talk about the show though. I'll wait until after Saturday. I'll be watching on Sky 1...and comparing!
