there are several people that these delays have caused a lot of problems for, as for instance there is one person i know of that does not live on mainland uk, (she lives in jersey) and at this rate the tickets are going to arrive at her home address after the flights to the mainland uk! and they said they could not guarentee being able to send them to an alternative address.
also why is it that inner sanctum have delayed in sending these tickets out, but people who have booked through other agents (ie gigs and tours) have already received them
whilst i accept the point about making it a problem for ebay touts, the situation has already happened - ie the touts have already bought the tickets and in many cases sold them on, and if ticket agencies want to clamp down on touts, instead of causing problems for genuine purchasers, why cant they find ways to reduce the number of ticketsbeing bought in the first place by touts (ie for example kylie ticket company managed to find out numbers of certain tickets being sold on ebay, and had those tickets for next year cancelled! and then were re-sold to genuine fans)
