hi all

i wonder if you may be able to help me? we are due to go and see robbie in perth (oz) on 1st december, however i lived in the UK when i ordered them and had to have them delivered to the UK credit card address, i was told that i could change the address by providing certain documentation. I now live in Perth (for 2 weeks!) and i contacted them via email asking them what i needed to send for proof as i am no longer at that address.

the reply that i got was...

no sorry its too late as they are being dispatched.

i will not be able to sign for the tickets as im not there, and its still 2 months away until we go...

has anyone got any numbers or anything that i could call them to discuss this? preferably not an 0870 number as they are horrendous to call from over here!

Thanks in advance

Steve

Hi Steve,

You could try +44 208 964 9020. This is the number for Robbiewilliams.com customer Services. They were very helpful when my tickets for UK gig went astray last month.

I wish you luck!!!

My Springsteen tickets for Wembley haven't arrived yet. A month to go the shows-Nov 11th and 12th. The Birmingham ones turned up within a few weeks. Not panicking yet though.

What I AM wondering about is some train tickets I booked on the trainline website. Whenever I book through them the tickets always turn up within three or four days at most. This is the first time where they haven't turned up straight away.
