Apparently they (only some stores) have the black ones in stock for £280.

Anyone know whether these are the 160 GB or the 250 GB models?

A little pricey IMO. Online you can get them for £245 delivered, although you've got a bit more hassle if it goes wrong.

And they don't price match online shops!

It's not standard policy to do so, but I got a pricematch with them to the best price at the time online (Digital Direct IIRC) and got it the same day. Store managers discretion though, and most of the time they won't.
