Any help appreciated. (UK user)

I already have a Sipgate account for my own personal use. The following is what I am looking for, for my 15 year old Son. It seems that alot of his mates have landlines in thier rooms now, so I would prefer to get some sort of set up that gives him a cheaper option that using his mobile phone when he is at home.

I need the cheapest, most reliable, and user friendly service going. (Not Skype). This is sip to landline option needed.

The following things are needed;

Unlimited voice calls [to UK Landlines] for the least amount of £'s outlay. (ESSENTIAL)

Voicemail (not essential but would be nice)

Call barring to mobiles/premium rate (Free if possible)

Physical [sip or other type] phone can be used (via my network router)

Reliable, clear service.

No [hidden] catches.

I think that might be it.

Would appreciate other users experiences and tips on obtaining the above requirements.

I use Vonage, currently on offer at £5.99 per Month, works really well with no problems whatsoever.

I know there are cheaper offerings but most of them don't give you an incoming number.

Seconded. Great reliable service from Vonage. On line back up is great if you need it. All the extras included like, Call waiting, Voicemail, Caller ID etc etc...
