Has anyone here had problems with this machine, as I had one delivered last week, that did not respond to anything from the remote control, so I couldn't use it at all. (The remote was ok, checked it with my digisenders remote indicator).

After sending it back to play.com, I have been informed by them that they will not be able to issue a replacement as they are withdrawing the product from their site due to problems with the product (they did not indicate whether the issues were the same as mine, or if it was for other reasons)?

the only problem I have is the case resonating when the cooling fan is on

Not had a single problem with mine. Never heard of any issues. I can imagine Play.com may have trouble getting hold of stock as they have been quite popular.
