My problem is only a tiny one, but it's really bugging me.

I recently acquired a ZTE F866 phone. Cheap, and cheerful I know, and not necessarily one I would have picked myself, but it does the job.

Anyway, I've been adding contacts to my address book, and would like to add friends photos to correspond to their entry in the contact list. However, when I do that, it says only pictures from the avatars folder can be used.

Fair enough, but in the instruction book it says that photos you take with the camera can be used in the contact list if you so wish. As of yet, I can't see how to do this. It doesn't seem to let you use any pictures other than those in the avatars folder, and there's no option to move anything there either.

Can anyone help me with this? It's a long shot I know, but you don't find out if you don't ask.

Hve you checked out the cost of calling with the ZTE?

I would think about getting a cheapie from Tesco and paying 1/3rd of that and 1/2 as much for texts!!

Contacts would save a fortune too as calls to 3 cost much more daytime and evenings from landlanes. OFCOM are on their case though but reductions on termination costs to 3 are not expected until mid 2007.

As ever its buyer beware and customers have to look carefully into all the costs, not just the cheap price of the handset offered.

3 look great on the surface but then you find out they are expensive for you AND your family and friends.
