And look what happened to that. After "The Empire Strikes Back" it got worse every time it hit the screens.

you know the hole 'he is a dad' thing, might just be somthing to confuse us. Nobody knew that billie was leaving this year till just before the episode aired.

So is there gonna be a big reveal at the end of series 3.There was speculation before Parting Of the Ways was first screened that Ecclestone wouldn't regenerate into Tenant until the xmas invasion.Didn't they promise us a cliffhanger to end all cliffhangers at the end of series 2 where we wouldn't know who was going to survive.I'm guessin this was now referring to the End of Army Of Ghosts and Not Doomsday.
Will we see an appearance at the end of S3Ep13 of Paul Mcgann by the Tardis console. With a Time War story to be concluded in an xmas special in 2007.

ive been reading on wikipedia about him being a dad and apparently he adopted a gallifreyan type girl called miranda who in turn had a daughter called zezanne who was really susan the dr grandaughter

anyway in some of the stories i read apparently miranda sacrifies herself to save the universe thus saving the time lords
if you type in miranda in wikipedia it will explain but that story is from the eighth doctor adventures/books
but somehow its all got to be interconnected..........right???

It's certainly possible - but bear in mind that, unlike say Star Wars, the books and audios are non-canonical in the 'whoniverse'.

Never got this Times Lords are dead marlarkey. They are Time Lords. For them to be truly dead they would need to be dead in both the entirety of Time and Space otherwise all the Doctor need do is go back in time before their demise and visit them.

Ergo they may have been all killed of at the particular instant in time and then move past their own demise and rebuild the civilisation.

Further as Time Lords Don't you think this would put them in the position to foresee their own demise and deal with it.

The Times Lords are all Dead plot has more holes in it than a piece of swiss cheese!

The principle was that they have been wiped from the timelines.

Then again, so were the Daleks.

That's right, but The Doctor survived because he hid behind a plastic screen.

Honestly, I can't see what your problem is!

Not so, it's perfectly possible for him (and us) to have met his granddaughter long before he sired her father/mother

He may not become a Dad for a while yet

Didn't he actually say "I was a father once" last year?
