Yes Tiscali are reported to be starting to take the service nationwide at the end of November. I am assuming the large cities would be first.

FYI engineers are activating DSLAMs marked 'VNL Ltd' - Video Networks Ltd Homechoice's former parent company - in the North West.

I would guess that this is nationwide rollout. I only know about the North West though due to having a friend who works for an OLO there.
