If you spend £60m on buying a new toy, at least you'd want your name tag on it.

“"If you look at Home Choice, it is mainly a London brand. Tiscali is national with 12%-15% of market share. No final decision has been made but, in terms of branding, we have the higher, more well-known brand name," she said.”

Yes, more well known for being absolute trash. Muppet

I couldn't agree more - Tiscali's UK arm would be better off ditching the Ticali brand (everything you don't want from a ISP) and switching to Homechoice.

I would have thought it would have best for Tiscrappy to ditch their own name in favour of HomeChoice due to its reputation too.

Depends what you associate the homechoce brand with?

Some may focus on the innovation it has brought to the market, whilst others may see it as a struggling company who have been bailed out by a more successful company.

Whilst i am hardly enamoured at the proespect of a tiscali led operation at least its been turning a profit

The city are hardly likely to be impressed by the homechoice brand

The name "Tiscali" I have always thought is more unique; its original, it is well known. Homechoice on the other hand, I did not know existed until I got the internet (yes, with Tiscali) and looked these things up. I didn't even know C&W's services had gone until 2005!
