There's a GoFund me page here for him: https://www.gofundme.com/2tm9tqk

It has achieved its goal but I thought you might want to see that anyway.

Im ashamed to say that Im 24 years old and I watch it when I can . I don't even have the excuse of having small children of my own either.

But its great, so random and weird and I love the cheesy songs that they sing in it. Its the sort of show I'd have liked when I was a kid.

It looks foreign, anyone know what country it comes from.
No I dont watch it, I dont like it when people have to boast and show off just because they can do back flips and do press ups with one hand.

Plus Robbie never gets the win at all, hes not really a bad guy but he just wants to fit in but hes always bullied by the kids in every episode.

It's a children's show, and most of all an entertainment show. Try not to take it too seriously.

I always thought it was designed for the American TV market, the kids are annoying bright and sparky considering they are sibling-less orphans.

It's made in Iceland factoid fans, a country with a population of only 400 000 has a TV production industry ?

I hated it. Luckily it was easy to avoid. A dreadful show with the characters acting like morons. I honestly thought that the actors were embarrassing themselves with the way they were directed to act in this show.

Ironically in trying to be lazy he ends up being more active than anyone else.

Its difficult when you have a child puppet who comes across as selfish and says mine mine mine all the time.

Comes across as selfish? That's his character! And it's just that - a character. It's not real life.

I can't believe there is a thread! I use to watch this when I was ten, I thought I was to old to watch it back then, but looking at this thread seems not. I'm actually tempted to watch some clips on YouTube, its been all over tumblr recently. What channel is it on these days? Just wondering

Channel 5 and Cartoonito show it, I believe. Used to be CBeebies and Nick Jr.

Not a good example for kids at home to watch thinking its acceptable because the character is never told its wrong.

Remember my friend at Primary School talking about it years ago but never watched it myself.

I used to watch CBBC when I was Primary School age and perhaps watched it a bit during my first year of high school but not after that. I wasn't so much I outgrew the shows, it's more the fact that they got rid of all the good ones.

CBBC shows I used to watch:

Raven
Stupid
Sorry, I've got no head
Basil Brush
Grange Hill
Arthur
The Slammer
Newsround

Also used to watch Horrid Henry on CITV as well.

Ah, that has brought back some memories....
