I am in the process of looking for a new land line phone and I want one with a bell as I find them clearer and less annoying than ring tones or the standard electronic ring. How many times have you been in the garden, thought you heard a phone, thought it was someone else's and left it to find it was yours?
Looking in the argos catologue they all seem to be cordless, mobile-like when I want retro.
Are the corded ones going to be fadded out and will not be able to get power from the network in time?
