Justin Timberlake's album new FutureSex / LoveSounds got released today (Friday 25th August 2006, like Beyonce's new album B'day) and I've 'obtained' it (don't ask where from! ).

I've given it a quick listen and it seems OK. I will listen to properly Saturday and write a better review as it's getting a bit late right now.

'Summer Love' and 'Love Stoned' are my faves so far, these have to be singles.

The album is very different and such a progression from 'Justified'.

Bah.....The album's just exactly what I thought it would be, quickly thrown together sleazy RnB songs.

Sidenote: Why cant he actually do a song by HIMSELF - too many of his songs (and ALL of his singles) always have to feature somebody, mostly a black rapper.

I still like the single 'Sexy Back' though, best song on the album.

I've only listened to it once through so far, but the tracks that stood out to me were:

Future Sex/Love Sounds

Sexy Back

My Love

Love Stoned

What Goes Around Comes Around

The whole album has a really good feel to it. So far, I'm liking it a lot more than 'Justified'.

He sung 'Rock Your Body' on his own and so what if his songs feature others, most RnB songs do.

I'm suprised he even went with 'Sexyback' as the first single. There are better tracks that don't sound like 'Maneater'.

I was about to PM you, but it has been removed from the site that I got it from.

I'm really loving 'Chop Me Up' now too.

Here's the full tracklisting of the album:

FutureSex/LoveSound
SexyBack (feat Timbaland)
SexyBack (Remix feat. Clipse)
Sexy Ladies/Let Me Talk To You Prelude
My Love (feat T.I.)
LoveStoned/I Think She Knows Interlude
What Goes Around.../...Comes Around Interlude
Chop Me Up (feat Timbaland & Three-6 Mafia)
Damn Girl (feat will.i.am)
Summer Love/Set The Mood Prelude
Until The End Of Time (feat The Benjamin Wright Orchestra)
Losing My Way
(Another Song) All Over Again
Pose (feat Snoop Dogg)
I'm still listening to the album. It needs quite a few plays to get the feel of it.

Because if you don't, it won't sell in America. LOL. Yeah, i know I'm kinda being bad about always saying bad stuff about the US industry, but ir is true.

Look at the top ten songs at the moment:

1. SexyBack
Justin Timberlake featuring...
2. London Bridge
Fergie
London Bridge
3. Call Me When You’re Sober
Evanescence
4. Show Stopper
Danity Kane
5. Crazy
Gnarls Barkley
6. Far Away
Nickelback
7. Chasing Cars
Snow Patrol
8. (When You Gonna) Give It Up to Me
Sean Paul featuring Keyshia Cole
9. Buttons
The Pussycat Dolls featuring Big Snoop Dogg
10. Get Up
Ciara featuring Chamillionaire

The only reason Snow Patrol is on there is beacause all the big radio stations are playing it to death and everyone's like "OMG!!!! diz is tha best <3 song EVAR!!111". It's not going to last, trust me. I mean, Natasha Bedingfield made it out here, and they played 'Unwritten' on our radio, and what happens? Never again would it be heard. Same with her brother Daniel, and then MisTeeq, following other groups. We're only into "NEW" things, which mades us very annoying.

The tracklist in post #11 comes from an MP3 release of the album currently 'knocking around' on the internet. I have no idea who ripped it or even if it is the finished article. I don't think it is a 'proper' 'MP3 scene' (underground) release.

Who knows, it could all be a publicity stunt (?)

The UK tracklisting is the same as gargleroadside posted, without the 'Sexyback' remix but it does include 'Pose'.

It was confirmed by the official mailing list, which means the one HMV has is wrong.

His obvious lack of talent might have something to do with it.

LOL!

He is one of the most original artists i've seen. (Very unique) abit like marmite, you either hate him or love him.

There's another rip of Justin's album now 'knocking around'. This one is an 'official' scene rip (I'm not too sure what the other one was). This says it's come from a 2 CD edition of the album. There's a slight change in the running order and tracks.

CD 1

FutureSex/LoveSound
SexyBack (feat Timbaland)
Sexy Ladies/Let Me Talk To You Prelude
My Love (feat T.I.)
LoveStoned/I Think She Knows Interlude
What Goes Around.../...Comes Around Interlude
Chop Me Up (feat Timbaland & Three 6 Mafia)
Damn Girl (feat will.i.am)
Summer Love/Set The Mood Prelude
Until The End Of Time (feat The Benjamin Wright Orchestra)
Losing My Way
(Another Song) All Over Again
CD 2 / Bonus disc

Take Away Your Love
Pose (feat Snoop Dogg)
Floatin' (feat Charlie Wilson & will.i.am)
SexyBack (Remix feat Timberlake & Cory Gunz)
The only bonus track in the real tracklisting is 'Pose'.

I don't know where this 'group' got CD2 from but i'm sure that the 'Sexyback' remix is fake.
